We only collect personal information that you choose to give us. Depending on how you use this website, this may include:

• Contact and enquiry details submitted through our contact form or chat assistant — for example your name, company name, email address, the subject and content of your message, and (for order or wholesale enquiries) details such as the products you are interested in, when you need them by, and a delivery address.
• Information shared with our chat assistant, such as whether you are an existing client or a new business, and which company or account you order under.
• A postcode, only if you choose to use the "find your nearest stockist" search on our Where to Buy page.

You do not need an account to use this website, and we do not knowingly collect any sensitive information (such as health information) other than what you may choose to mention yourself in a free-text message.

We collect personal information directly from you when you:

• fill in and submit our contact form;
• send a message, ask a question, or request a quote, order or stockist application through our chat assistant; or
• enter a postcode into the stockist search tool.

We do not use advertising cookies, tracking pixels or analytics software (such as Google Analytics or Meta/Facebook Pixel) to monitor visitors on this website — none of these are installed on this site. See Section 7 for the one piece of browser storage this site does use.

We use the personal information we collect to:

• respond to your enquiries, quote requests, order requests and stockist applications;
• provide customer service and communicate with you about our products; and
• understand and improve the enquiries we receive through this website.

We do not use your personal information for direct marketing without your consent, and we do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to any third party.

5. Who we may share your information with

To run this website and respond to the enquiries you send us, parts of your information pass through the following service providers:

• Formspree, Inc. (United States) — the form-handling service that receives the contact form and chat assistant submissions and forwards them to us by email (e.g. your name, email address, message and order details).
• OpenStreetMap Nominatim, operated by the OpenStreetMap Foundation — used only if you search by postcode on our Where to Buy page; the postcode you type is sent to this geocoding service so the map can locate the area and show your nearest stockists.
• Google Fonts (Google LLC) — this website loads its typefaces from Google's servers, which may receive your device's IP address as part of that request.
• unpkg / Cloudflare — the interactive stockist map uses the Leaflet mapping library, loaded from this content delivery network, which may also receive your device's IP address.
• Our website hosting provider, which stores and serves the website files and may keep standard server access logs (such as IP addresses and browser type).

We only share what each of these providers needs to do its job, and we do not authorise any of them to use your information for their own marketing.

6. Sending information overseas (Australian Privacy Principle 8)

Some of the providers listed in Section 5 — in particular Formspree (based in the United States) and the global infrastructure behind Google Fonts and our mapping library — may store or process information on servers located outside Australia.

This means that when you submit our contact form, message our chat assistant, or use the postcode search, your personal information may be handled on servers overseas and may become subject to the privacy laws of those countries rather than the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth). We choose providers that are well established and widely used, but we encourage you not to include any sensitive or confidential details in free-text messages that you would not want transmitted overseas.

7. Cookies and browser storage

This website does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or analytics software.

The only browser storage this site uses is session storage, used by our chat assistant to temporarily remember your conversation while you browse, so you don't lose your progress if you minimise or reopen the chat window. This information:

• is stored only on your own device, inside your browser;
• is automatically deleted when you close the browser tab or the browser itself;
• is never sent to us automatically — it only reaches us if and when you choose to submit your message through the chat assistant.

You can clear this information at any time by closing your browser, or by using the "clear conversation" option inside the chat assistant.

8. Data security

We take reasonable steps to protect the personal information we hold from misuse, interference, loss, unauthorised access, modification or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee the absolute security of information you send to us.

9. Accessing or correcting your information

You may ask to access, update or correct the personal information we hold about you at any time by contacting us using the details in Section 1. We will respond to your request within a reasonable timeframe.
