Are your products gluten free?

Yes, all yoghurts and our Rise & Shine Muesli are certified gluten free. Always check the label for updated allergen info.

What flavours are available?

8 flavours: Plain, Lemon Curd, Berry Mix, Mango, Passion Fruit, Caramel Slice, Lemon Slice Cheesecake and Muesli Yoghurt. Available in both ranges.

What is the difference between Classic and Lite 99%?

Classic is full-fat for maximum creaminess. Lite 99% is 99% fat free. Same 8 flavours, different fat content.

How should I store my YouGood products?

Yoghurt: fridge at 2-4°C. Fruit purees: freezer at -18°C. Muesli & nuts: cool, dry place out of sunlight.

How long do the products last once opened?

Yoghurt: 3-5 days. Muesli & nuts: 2-3 weeks once opened. Always check the best before date on the lid.
